As technology continues to evolve, we recognize the challenges in maintaining our services to the standards we strive for.
As a result of this change, first-generation remote users will experience an impact on their ability to reprogram or modify their remote's behavior. This includes making configuration changes or adding/removing devices or activities. We understand this decision affects your experience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

All other remotes will continue to be supported through the MyHarmony website or the Harmony mobile application.
